We strongly recommend that for your own peace of mind you take out adequate holiday insurance cover.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1) A deposit is payable to secure your reservation, with the balance payable 56 days before departure. Please refer to individual tour details for deposit payable.
2) Provisional bookings may be made by telephone, but must be confirmed within seven days. For tours departing within 56 days of booking, full payment is due at time of booking.
3) All our escorted group holidays are organised on the basis of a minimum number of clients, usually 12 but in some cases 15. If the holiday has to be cancelled because of insufficient numbers, we will inform you at least 56 days before departure.We reserve the right to cancel, in any circumstances, any tour offered. However, we will not cancel a tour within 56 days of departure unless for reasons amounting to force majeure, eg war, riot, strike or act of Government or God.
4) As tours are organised many months in advance it may occasionally be necessary to change an itinerary due to changes of timetables, operating schedules etc., and we reserve the right to do so. In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to provide an alternative hotel of similar standard.
5) We aim to resolve any complaints amicably. Any complaint should be raised with the tour leader as soon as possible, and he/she will endeavour to resolve the problem. If still unresolved please inform the office within 14 days of the end of the holiday, so that the complaint may be fully investigated and resolved..
6) Holiday prices are calculated at exchange rates and VAT rates in force at 19th September 2008.We do reserve the right to pass on increases due to unfavourable changes in exchange rates, governmental action and increases in taxation and fuel. Even in such cases the first 2% increase in holiday price will be absorbed by us, and no increase will be levied after the date at which final payment is due. Should an increase amount to more than 10% of the holiday price, you would have the right to cancel the booking and be refunded all monies paid.
7) Should you cancel your booking we reserve the right to impose the following cancellation charges:
Over 60 days loss of deposit
From 29 to 60 days prior to departure 60%
From 15 to 28 days prior to departure 75%)
From 1 to 14 days prior to departure 100%
